Novareckon s.r.l. is implementing a partnership project entitled “EDUVIS Supervision for education – modern process support teaching” within the Erasmus+ programme, action: KA220-VET – Cooperation partnerships in the sector of vocational education and training.

Duration of the project:

Goal of the project:
The aim of the project is to create, within the framework of transnational cooperation, during the 24 months of its implementation, tools for school psychologists and special educators that they will be able to use in their daily work with teachers. As a result of the project, results will be created that will allow the implementation of elements of educational supervision in schools.
Planned results to be achieved:
- Working group meetings – 8 meetings
The result of this work package will be:
holding 8 working group meetings (2 groups x 2 meetings in Poland and 1 group x 2 meetings in each of the other partner countries), the participants of which will be people from the target groups, i.e. psychologists, pedagogues, educators special, but also school teachers; the purpose of the working group meetings will be the exchange of knowledge and experiences as well as mutual training in the field of activities to support the professional activity of the aforementioned groups; meeting format: discussions moderated by experts (2 experts for each meeting), workshops, summaries with a report of the meeting; - Interactive e-book (“trainer’s guide”) – interactive e-book – a publication that constitutes a guide/guide for an educational trainer/supervisor, containing information on how to use supervision methods, techniques and methods and enriching them with elements of coaching and tutoring in collaboration between psychologists/educators/special educators and teachers; The e-book will present good practices in the field of educational supervision/school supervision/recommendations for the implementation of school supervision recommendations.
- Educational films in VR technology with descriptions (in the form of e-books) – 10 films and 10 e-books:
- Educational films in VR technology – based on a scheme developed in the partnership, each of the partner organizations prepares films in VR technology (the film scripts will be discussed by the project teams during online meetings); all films will be available in translation into English, Polish, Italian and Latvian.
- Educational films – 3 films based on a scheme developed in the partnership, each partner organization prepares educational films (the film scripts will be discussed by the project teams during an online meeting); all films will be available in translation into English, Polish, Italian and Latvian.
- Social media campaign – Conduct a social media campaign – conduct activities aimed at increasing the reach of the profile and reaching as many people as possible from target groups and organizations collaborating with the target groups; campaign implemented for 8 months.
- Dissemination meetings held in the country of each partner organization – meetings for a total of 300 people.
Local dissemination meetings – each partner will hold meetings to disseminate the project results; meeting program: registration of participants, welcome coffee, greeting of meeting participants by representatives of the partner organizing the meeting, discussion of project hypotheses and implemented activities; presentation of the results achieved with indication of the channels through which these results can be achieved; moderated discussion; conducting evaluation surveys, lunch for meeting participants; end of the meeting. - International project meetings – 2 meetings.
